Persons using the CLIFTON ON SEA website for travel bookings will incur the following penalties for any cancellations or changes to travel bookings made through the CLIFTON ON SEA website:
The following cancellation fees are applicable and will be calculated from the total cost of the confirmed travel plan:
30+ days notice: 25%
30 to 15 days notice: 50%
14 to 0 days notice: 100%
If a confirmed travel plan is changed or amended, CLIFTON ON SEA reserves the right to charge a maximum of 2% on the total value of the changed or amended travel plan.
For all vacation accommodation booked:
On acceptance of the quote, a 50% non refundable deposit is to be paid within 48 hours either via electronic transfer of credit card (plus a handling fee of 4%).
The remainder of the amount is to be paid on the first day of the holiday rental in Rands.
All booking cancellations received after deposit has been received carry a 100% cancellation fee.
