Guest Relations Our guest relations officer is James Harrison. James will organising the check-in and check-out of our guests when they arrive and depart, as well as sorting out any problems which might occur during their stay. He will check the homes beforehand to make sure they are in top condition before our guests arrive, and will organise any additional requirements such as car hire, catering, cleaning, shopping and any other travel or tour arangements which they might require. James also assists with bookings.
